  • January 1, 2017 - Philadelphia: The First Judicial District has formed a committee to develop initiatives to increase juror turnout and engagement. Jury Committee Chair Lynn Marks is heading this new committee, and Executive Director Lisette “Mimi” McCormick is serving on the committee.
