On Tuesday, May 13, 2025, PCFJ released a statement of its full membership and staff in support of fairness, justice, and the rule of law.
At PCFJ, we are tireless in our pursuit of fairness and justice for all Pennsylvanians. However, this mission cannot be pursued effectively absent a shared commitment to and respect for constitutional rights and obligations. As we continue to confront inequities in our Commonwealth, we are therefore proud to stand in support of fairness, justice, and the rule of law.
We call on all lawyers, legal organizations, and stakeholders in public service to join us in doing the same.
